7/7, 7/15 Intro to Foraging

When: Sunday, July 7th 9:00-12:00 and Monday, July 15th 9:00-12:00

This class is for people who would like to learn the basics of foraging! We will cover how to safely identify/gather plants and fungi, while we go on a leisurely plant/mushroom ID walk. We will also go over how to use a guidebook and I will show you some of my favorite guides for the Rocky Mountains. Throughout the class, we will eat foraged goods that I previously prepared and taste what is in season around the ranch.

We will meet at the Lucky Ranch 3 mile West of Tall Grass Spa! Directions and waivers will be emailed to you several days before the class.
