9/16 Intro to Foraging

Monday September 16 9:00-12:00
This class is for people who would like to learn the basics of foraging! We will cover how to safely identify/gather plants and fungi, while we go on a leisurely plant/mushroom ID walk. We will also go over how to use a guidebook and I will show you some of my favorite guides for the Rocky Mountains. Throughout the class, we will eat foraged goods that I previously prepared and taste what is in season around the ranch.

We will meet at the Lucky Ranch 3mi West of Tall Grass Spa! Directions and waivers will be emailed to you several days before the class.
